Created in response to primary care clinicians’ and practices’ request for scientific evidence and guidelines, HOMER is an ongoing national study comparing three methods of induction for medication assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder (OUD): home, office, and telehealth inductions.
This study compares a traditional and personalized clinician decision support (CDS) tool in a pragmatic randomized controlled trial. The CDS addresses misconceptions related to the suboptimal prescribing of medications for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF).
