HOMER

Created in response to primary care clinicians’ and practices’ request for scientific evidence and guidelines, HOMER is an ongoing national study comparing three methods of induction for medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder: home, office, and telehealth inductions.

Implementation Support for MOUD (ISM)

ISM is a program to train practices and providers about opioid use disorder (OUD) and medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD). This initiative delivers free MOUD team training to practices, giving them knowledge and tools to adopt a comprehensive MOUD program through ongoing practice support and facilitation.

New Solutions to Support Evidence-Based Prescribing for Heart Failure

This study compares a traditional and personalized clinician decision support (CDS) tool in a pragmatic randomized controlled trial. The CDS addresses misconceptions related to the suboptimal prescribing of medications for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.
