Tidbit About Yourself: I think that laughter is an important part of life and therapy! If things start to get too serious, I rely on my goofy dogs and family to help lighten the mood. I also think that getting outside and taking in a bit of nature is good for my soul. I do a lot of gardening and connecting with nature in my backyard where I have vegetable boxes, fruit trees and wild flowers to attract the bees and butterflies.
