Chloe Finke is our Residency Coordinator. A native of Nebraska, Chloe earned a bachelor’s in Biology and Psychology from the University of Denver. She has worked with the residency for 5 years before transiting to the University in 2022. Chloe leads recruitment, onboarding of new residents, ensures we are meeting requirements of our multiple governing bodies and is the main contact for the residents in the UH track. She works in partnership with other coordinators and administrative assistants to ensure the residency is running smoothly. When not working, Chloe enjoys spending time with her partner and two gold retrievers, working on house projects, baking, and experiencing Denver’s food scene.

Neal Heilman is our Curriculum and Evaluation Support Residency Coordinator. Neal earned a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration from Methodist University. She supports the residency by overseeing our evaluation process and provides support to our many longitudinal curriculums all while assisting with many day-to-day tasks needed for the program. Neal is originally from Versailles and moved to Colorado from Fort Liberty (Bragg) in North Carolina where she worked in the Department of Medical education at Womack Amry Medical center for over 6 years. When not working, Neal enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family, and is an avid University of KY football fan, Go Big Blue!

Felicia Kinsey is our residency program assistant. Felicia manages the residency budget and serves as the course coordinator for Family Medicine out-patient and inpatient rotations for medical students. She is in charge of all event planning, coordinates meetings for the residency, and handles a host of other administrative duties. Felicia earned her bachelor’s and master’s in Business Administration from Colorado State University-Pueblo before moving to Denver and working as a Patient Access Representative at our A.F. Williams clinic for five years. When not working, Felicia enjoys spending time with her family, playing soccer, and baking.
