COVID-19 Outreach & Resources

Working Side-by-Side with the Community

The Response to a Health Crisis

Practice-based research networks have long served a sentinel function, reporting on issues, symptoms, diseases, and their incidence from the field.

In these tough times, SNOCAP and Practice Innovation Program Colorado have been gathering information about how equipped practices are state-wide to addressing and respond to COVID-19.

We’ve been asking:

  • Do you have all of the information you need?
  • Are resources and testing available in your community or practice?
  • Are you set up for virtual/telehealth visits?
  • What issues are you facing related to billing or reimbursement?

So far, we’ve received open, honest, and genuine responses and are so grateful to all who have participated.

With your help we are also addressing the issues and needs from a community perspective by sharing resources and creating a YouTube series on commonly asked questions and essential community needs.

Please share with us your thoughts and ideas. Or maybe you want to tell us your own story of how you’re weathering the storm.
