Director of Community Health Initiatives and Outcomes
In our Department of Family Medicine, we provide comprehensive health care, education, and research for individuals of all ages and backgrounds in the context of their family and communities! Our communities are diverse, amazing, and span our local Anschutz Campus in Aurora, our clinical practices across metro Denver, and all four corners of Colorado!
We recognize that working with and in communities is as important as it can be challenging. We seek to be thoughtful and humble in our approach while striving towards a shared vision of success with our community partners.
Additionally, we see our employees as part of our Departmental Community. How we support and engage them (each other!) is core to our values. We want to help our employees thrive and see that as the best way for us as a department to succeed in our mission to "heal, teach, discover, and connect. Together." We also seek to give our departmental community the tools to best address the varied health needs of the communities we live and work in.
