    3. Annual and As Needed Visits:
      1. Concerns about your medications or care can be addressed during individual visits with a pain management physician.

    4. Primary Care Coordination: We want you to see your doctor at least once per year for preventative care and we will coordinate with them about your pain care.

Behavioral Health providers help manage chronic pain using non-medication therapies, supported by research. We help improve pain coping skills, physical and emotional functioning, sleep, and overall wellbeing. We work with the care team to help support all parts of care and keep patients engaged with what matters most in their lives.

    For when patients:

✔ Have persistent pain impacting sleep, mood, or daily function
✔ Show pain-related anxiety, depression, or activity avoidance
✔ Are interested in non-medication strategies
✔ Have sensitization with pain processing
    ✔ Have stress-related or trauma-linked pain
✔ May benefit from behavioral support in an integrated care model
