Telus Health Support App (formerly My SSP) - 24/7 Mental Health Counseling and Support for Residents


Telus Health Support app is available to CU Anschutz Residents and Fellowsoffering free online mental health counseling and support resources 24/7. The Support app offers virtual, chat, and call options to connect students with counseling services, anytime, anywhere.

The Department of Orthopedic Residency is invested in our resident's well-being. We hold many wellness events throughout the year. Each Spring we hold the Annual Orthopedic Residency Wellness Retreat. This retreat is held at Arapahoe Basin where the residents bond, ski, and plan for the upcoming year.

The Department of Orthopedics has a Wellness Committee that meets monthly, with resident representation on the committee. On this committee, we also have a Wellness Coach and Consultant, Dr. Fernand Lubuguin, PhD.

The Department of Orthopedics Residency Program also offers Lyft/Uber rides home post-call if needed.
