The goal of this program is to help the Fellow develop a basic understanding of surgery of arthritis including medical and surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions of peripheral joints.
Fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery
The foot and ankle fellowship at University of Colorado Hospital and Steadman-Hawkins Denver is designed to educate the fellows in all aspects of the management of orthopedic lower extremity conditions including nonoperative and operative treatment. The fellow is assigned specifically to foot and ankle staff physicians in a one-on-one apprenticeship style.

The University of Colorado Shoulder and Elbow fellowship offers a comprehensive training experience in shoulder and elbow surgery. This is a 1-year experience and includes in-depth training in the management of all aspects of degenerative, athletic, and traumatic conditions of the shoulder and elbow.
