ACLS/BLS/PALS Skill Verification CRASH Conference

ACLS Skill Verification

This course is designed to maximize your time during the conference. The first step is completing the American Heart Association (AHA) Online ACLS Heart Code Program at www.onlineaha.org OR our approved online lecture and AHA Digital Exam

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Cost for online paid to AHA:  $151
  • OR You can choose to complete the assigned lecture and digital exam at no additional cost. 

The second step is taking the skills verification portion of the course at the Crash Conference.

Upon arrival at the skill verification in Vail, the participant will show proof of completion by presenting the AHA completion certificate OR the completion of the Health Education Network online lecture, post test certificate and Final Exam Certificate. 

ACLS Skills cost is $150 (11:15am-12:30pm) and include:

  • 3 cycles of adult BLS (30:2 compression to ventilation ratio)
  • Mega-code/technology/rhythm review

AHA card will be awarded after completion of the above.

 

BLS Skill Verification

This course is designed to maximize your time during the conference. The first step is completing the American Heart Association (AHA) Online BLS Heart Code Program at www.onlineaha.org.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - Cost for online paid to AHA:  $33.00

The second step is taking the skills verification portion of the course at the Crash Conference.

BLS: HeartCode BLS uses the latest eSimulation technology to enable students to assess and treat patients in virtual healthcare settings. Utilizing a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-directed learning, and interactive activities, this course teaches BLS knowledge and skills.  This method of learning provides training consistency, adaptability to different learning styles, and flexibility for the student’s and employer’s time. Students can work at their own pace applying their knowledge to real-time decision making and skills development. Blended training also supports the need for hands-on learning of psychomotor skills. Debriefings and coaching are provided immediately after each simulation. Generally, it takes about 1.75 hours to complete. Upon arrival at the skill verification in Vail, the participant will show proof of completion by presenting the AHA completion certificate to the instructor.  

BLS Skills cost is $50 (10:00pm-11:00am). AHA card will be awarded after completion of the above.

 

PALS Skill Verification

This course is designed to maximize your time during the conference. The first step is completing the  American Heart Association (AHA) Online PALS Heart Code Program at www.onlineaha.org.

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Cost for online paid to AHA:  $151.00

The second step is taking the skills verification portion of the course at the Crash Conference.

Online PALS: The AHA Heart Code online program provides interactive scenarios of PALS management. There are 10 case scenarios and generally takes between 6-8 hours to complete the program. The final exam is provided online. Upon arrival at the skill verification in Vail, the participant will show proof of completion by presenting the AHA completion certificate to the instructor.

PALS Skills cost is $150 (12:45pm-2:00pm) and include:

  • 3 cycles of infant & child BLS
  • IO and shock discussion
  • Mega-code/technology/rhythm review

AHA card will be awarded after completion of the above.
