PLEASE NOTE THIS YEAR’S CONFERENCE WILL END ON THURSDAY EVENING, MARCH 3.

IMPORTANT COVID INFORMATION:

The safety of our attendees is our top priority, especially after the 2020 event where the first cases of COVID were discovered in Colorado.  The most effective way to ensure the safety of all attendees is for them to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

  • Proof of full vaccination will be required for all in-person meeting attendees, exhibitors, and staff.
  • Only vaccines authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the World Health Organization (WHO) will be accepted.
  • A person is considered fully vaccinated:
    • 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, or
    • 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

Negative COVID-19 Test:

For those unable to meet the vaccine requirement, negative test results for COVID-19 from a test within three days of arrival using either molecular/PCR or antigen/"rapid" testing will also be accepted.

We are working on a plan to manage the verification process. More detailed information will be available in the coming weeks.
