CRASH 2022 Registration


The in person CRASH 2022 conference will now be held virtually.  No program will be held onsite in Vail.  All current registrants have the option of transferring their in person registration to virtual at a lower price.  Please email to let her know that you would like to register for the virtual track.

Cancellation and Refund Policy-REVISED 1-14-22

Previously, all cancellations were required to be received in writing by January 31, 2022. If your cancellation was received by this date, you would have received a refund MINUS A $250 PROCESSING FEE. Since the in-person conference in Vail has been pivoted to a virtual format, anyone currently registered has the option of either transferring their registration fee to the virtual track at a lower price or receive a full refund.  For attendees who had a reservation at The Hythe (formerly the Vail Marriott), your reservation will be cancelled, and you will receive an email confirmation from the hotel.  However, if you decide that you would like to keep your reservation, you will be able to rebook at the same rate.  Visit the Lodging page of this website for more information.  

The University of Colorado will not be responsible for any costs associated with cancellation of your hotel room, flight, transportation or lift tickets.
