• Credit card required at time of booking. Full non-refundable payment for all nights reserved will be billed on 1/26/24. Cancellations after this date will be fully non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit the full payment. Early departures will forfeit payment on remaining nights reserved.

• Rates offered on a space available basis
• 4-night minimum length stay required
• Rates are Valid 3 days pre and post program dates based on availability
• Should we be offering a special promotion that is greater than the above discounted rates at the time of the booking, we will be happy to honor the lower rate for the guest
• Offers cannot be combined with any membership rates, like World of Hyatt
• Rates are based on 2 people per bedroom. There is an additional charge of $25 for each additional person, maximum of two.

WINTER DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

• 2-night non-refundable deposit due upon booking
• Remaining amount of reservation due 30 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival subject to the 2-night non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, and modifications including any date or length of stay changes inside of 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable

Rates will be honored 2 days pre and post based on availability.  5-night minimum stay required.  The rates will be guaranteed until the Antlers at Vail reaches 75% occupancy, at that time the availability of the discounted rate will be reviewed and subject to be closed.  Additional adults add $15 per person, per night. No charge for children 15 and under staying with parents.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

At the time of booking a one-night deposit totaling the nightly room rate is due. If the reservation is cancelled outside 45 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded to the guest. The full non-Refundable payment of room and tax is due 45 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival forfeit the total room and tax revenue of the reservation.
