  • Deluxe King:  $486
  • Standard room:  $455
  • Hotel rooms are subject to state and local taxes and a daily resort fee of $50 per night.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your hotel reservation before January 27th with no penalty. If reservation is cancelled after January 27, 2023, you will forfeit the deposit equal to all nights reserved.
  • The Group Rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before the reservation due date of January 27, 2023. Any reservations made after the reservation due date will be at the current available rate.

 

 

Alternate Accommodations

NOTE: The University of Colorado does not have a contract with the alternate accommodations venues. Reservations are at your own risk and individual cancellation policies will apply. 

Lion Square Lodge

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations outside of 30 days forfeit the booking fee plus applicable tax.
  • Within 30 days 100% non-refundable.

 

Montaneros in Vail​

Rates offered Feb 26-March 2, 2023. These rates are available 3 days prior and post to conference dates.  
Call 970.476.1350 for reservations and reference CRASH 2023 to book. Open 9am-5pm Monday- Friday

Cancellation:
If the reservation is cancelled 30 or more days prior to the arrival date, any payments received will receive a full refund of the deposit. 7 days prior to arrival the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Please Note: Guest is responsible for all nights reserved. No refund or credit will be given for unused days resulting from late arrivals or early departures.

 

Antlers at Vail

15% discount offered February 26-March 3, 2023 with a 5 night minimum until The Antlers reaches 80% capacity, then rack rates will apply. Limited availability so book early.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to one night’s rental is due upon reservation. The balance, plus tax is due 30 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $50/bedroom cancellation fee. Any cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
