Non-Anesthesia Learners 

Non-Anesthesia Learner rotations are open to all Fellow and Residents at the request of the Program Director. A Mutual Understanding Memorandum (MOU) must be in place between both parties to help structure the learning experience and the expectations. 

As of now we have the School of Dental Medicine’s Dental Residents, Emergency Medicine from Denver Health Medical Center and from the UC Health’s Procedure Rotation. We are currently working with other programs to finalize learning objectives and expectations.

Shadowing Opportunities

General Shadowing

All general shadowing requests must be submitted and approved through the UCHealth application system.

CRNA Shadowing 

If you are interested in CRNA shadowing, please contact Whitney Balusi (Whitney.Balusi@cuanschutz.edu) to request a sponsor.

When reaching out, please include whether you currently have a UCHealth (UCH) badge.

• If you have a UCH badge: Please provide your badge number and several dates you are available to shadow. Requests should be submitted at least a few days in advance.
• If you do not have a UCH badge: Please request a shadowing date at least one week in advance to allow time for required paperwork and badge processing.

Scheduling will be coordinated once this information is received.
