EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEES END September 4, 2026. ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES January 27, 2027.
Registration fees include the Welcome Reception, breakfast each day (6:30am-8am) and the Après Receptions each afternoon (3:30pm-5pm) with heavy apps and beer and wine (hosted for one hour).

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing by January 1, 2027. If your cancellation is received by this date, you will receive a refund MINUS A $150 PROCESSING FEE. After this date registration fees are non refundable. Attendees will need to work directly with The Hythe, Vail or other lodging venues and their airline for refund requests. The University of Colorado will not be responsible for any costs associated with cancellation of your hotel room or flight.
