Be sure to book your room asap but before the cutoff date of January 21st!  Our room block will sell out, so we recommend you book before December to ensure you get the room type and dates you want.

All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee. Full, non-refundable, amount of the anticipated revenue for the entire stay (room and tax) will be billed to the individual credit card at the Reservation Due Date of January 21, 2027.

IF A RESERVATION IS CANCELLED AFTER JANUARY 21ST, THE INDIVIDUAL WILL FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT EQUAL TO ALL NIGHTS RESERVED (ROOM AND TAX).

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 10.8%) and Daily Resort Fee (currently $50 per night) in effect at the time of check in. All guest rooms booked outside of the room block will be at Hotel’s discretion and at space and rate availability.

* Standard hotel rooms include a combination of guest rooms with either two double beds, two queen beds or one King bed. Bedding type is not guaranteed.

NO SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES

All no-shows are considered guaranteed bookings and will be charged the entire length of stay (room and tax). Any no-show reservations will be canceled for all remaining reserved nights. Any early departures will forfeit all remaining room night’s room & tax charges.

NOTE: please note that University of Colorado does not have a contract with these alternate accommodation venues.  Reservations are at your own risk and individual cancellation policies will apply.

Hotel is offering a special group rate of $319.00 USD per night and offers a complimentary shuttle service to Vail Village and Lionshead Village.

Group room rates are net non-commissionable and are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in.

Breakfast is included in the negotiated rate.

Parking is $45 per vehicle per night. Parking is located on site in our heated underground parking garage. The height clearance is 6ft 8in. Taller vehicles and/or vehicles equipped with storage racks may need to find alternate parking options.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card from individual or Company. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

Cutoff:

Individual reservations by attendees must be received on or before Thursday, January 21, 2027 (the “Cutoff Date”). After this date, the discounted rate will no longer apply.

5 night minimum stay.  Rates are not available pre and post and are subject to the best available rate.  Rates above do not include tax, currently at 10.8% and subject to change.  Deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus tax is due upon reservation, remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
