Cancellation Policy
We will confirm the course for participants four (4) weeks in advance. We need at least four (4) people to run the course. Full refunds will be given to all participants if the course is not filled by the four (4) week cut-off. We will allow cancellations four (4) weeks before the course with a cancellation penalty of $200. Substitutions are allowed up to one (1) week in advance of the course. If you are able to find another person to fill your slot, we will refund you the course fee, minus the cancellation penalty.
