Rates:
Standard Room: $515+
Deluxe King Rooms: $545 per night

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 10.8%) and Daily Resort Fee (currently $50 per night) in effect at the time of check in. All guest rooms booked outside of the room block will be at Hotel’s discretion and at space and rate availability.

* Standard hotel rooms include a combination of guest rooms with either two double beds, two queen beds or one King bed. Bedding type is not guaranteed.

Be sure to book your room asap but before the cutoff date of January 23rd!  Our room block will sell out, so we recommend you book before December to ensure you get the room type and dates you want.

All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee. Full, non-refundable, amount of the anticipated revenue for the entire stay (room and tax) will be billed to the individual credit card at the Reservation Due Date of January 23, 2026.

If reservation is cancelled after the Reservation Due Date, individual will forfeit the deposit equal to all nights reserved.

NO SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES

All no-shows are considered guaranteed bookings and will be charged the entire length of stay (room and tax). Any no-show reservations will be canceled for all remaining reserved nights. Any early departures will forfeit all remaining room night’s room & tax charges.

Enter your preferred travel dates and click Search to view available accommodations.

Step 3: Select Your Unit: Browse the available properties and select the unit you’d like to book. Click BOOK NOW on your preferred listing.

Step 4: Enter the Promo Code

On the booking page, you’ll see a field labeled Promo Code. Enter your special code (CRASH2026). The discount will be reflected immediately in the price breakdown.

Step 5: Complete Your Booking

Fill in your contact information and finalize your reservation. Your booking will be automatically associated with your group.

• Rates are based on 2 people per bedroom. There is an additional charge of $25 for each additional person, maximum of two.

WINTER DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

• 10% non-refundable deposit due upon booking
• Remaining amount of reservation due 30 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival subject to the 10% non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, and modifications including any date or length of stay changes inside of 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable
• CoralTree Residence Collection Colorado charges a Residence Protection Plan fee of $69 per stay plus tax for all new bookings at our condo properties including Landmark in Vail, Montaneros in Vail. This fee covers accidental damage to a unit caused by a guest during their stay. To be eligible for coverage, the damage must be reported to the property prior to departure, with a maximum coverage amount of $1,500. Please note that this mandatory fee is in addition to our current property resort fee.
• Cleaning fees are charged per stay and range from $150 for 0-1 bedroom units to $350 for 5 bedroom units

Cutoff:

Discounted rooms rates at the will be honored up to 30 days prior to date of arrival based on availability. The rooms are not being held contractually and the Resort reserves the right to adjust rates based on demand. Should the property reach 60% occupancy prior to that date the discounted room rate will no longer be honored at the above rate.

Hotel is offering a special group rate of $319.00 USD per night

Group room rates are net non-commissionable and are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check in.

Breakfast is included in the negotiated rate.

Parking is $45 per vehicle per night. Parking is located on site in our heated underground parking

garage. The height clearance is 6ft 8in. Taller vehicles and/or vehicles equipped with storage racks may need to find alternate parking options.

Cutoff:

Individual reservations by attendees must be received on or before Thursday, January 22, 2026 (the “Cutoff Date”).  After this date, the discounted rate will no longer apply.

5 night minimum stay.  Rates are not available pre and post and are subject to the best available rate.  Rates above do not include tax, currently at 10.8% and subject to change.  Deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus tax is due upon reservation, remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
