The Department of Psychiatry's Clinical Strategic Plan’s mission is to deploy state-of-the-art clinical services, to deliver a full range of mental health and behavioral health interventions for patients and their families. This is being accomplished by pursuing a set of goals that fall into eight broad categories with Education and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion woven through each of the categories. The Clinical Strategic plan was developed by a team of Department of Psychiatry clinical and administrative leadership that came together in the spring of 2021. The Department of Psychiatry Executive Leadership Team approved the plan and have worked across the department’s divisions to develop annual goals in pursuit of the Clinical Strategic Plan.
