The cCBT program includes access to a 9-module online Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program that teaches strategies to assist with depression, anxiety, and/or stress. The modules typically take 20-30 minutes each to complete and include videos to teach content and interactive exercises to practice skills. Participants can work through the online modules at their own pace with a suggested pace of 1 module every 1-2 weeks.

Participants also meet for regular 30-minute telehealth appointments with a clinician to discuss concepts covered in the modules and get assistance in applying skills.

The program is time-limited meaning that when participants complete or discontinue the modules, clinician telehealth support also ends. We hope many people will have met their goals for participating through the program but it they have not, clinical referrals will be provided.

Good Days Ahead (GDA) is a digital, HIPAA-compliant program to treat mild to severe depression and associated anxiety in adults 18 years and older. The cCBT program is accessed from any Internet-connected desktop, laptop, iOS or Android device.

GDA is not a stand-alone therapy and does not replace care by your clinician.
