SHOUTOUTS
"I am writing you as a patient of the Faculty and Staff Mental Health Clinic and not as an employee of the department. I wanted to let you know what an amazing therapist Laura Rossmassler is. I started seeing Laura for therapy last fall, and I am so glad I did. I knew that it would be difficult for me to talk openly about my experiences within the department with a colleague, and I didn’t want to put a colleague in an awkward position, as these are her colleagues too. Laura has handled everything with grace and humor. I feel very comfortable talking with her and I am really feeling confident in our therapeutic relationship, which is a big step forward. I believe that praise should be given when deserved, and Laura is one who deserves it."
