RESET: A Mind- Body IOP for Trauma

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The RESET Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a unique, evidence-based approach to trauma treatment that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Designed for adults 18+ whose trauma impacts daily functioning, RESET integrates somatic therapies—including EMDR, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, IFS, and more—to support nervous system regulation and healing through mind-body connection.

RESET is the only in-person IOP in Colorado that focuses on treating complex trauma through body-centered psychotherapies. The IOP utilizes evidence-based somatic therapies that incorporate movement, mind-body connection, and felt experience.
