About Us 

The Summit Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers intensive treatment for adults, ages 18 and up, who may be struggling with a wide range of mental health conditions.  The program utilizes group therapy, skill building, and person-centered care to help reduce symptoms and improve overall functioning.  Our therapeutic approach is rooted in methods proven to be effective for treating a variety of general psychiatric diagnoses including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

Program Commitment

The program requires a commitment to attending three in-person sessions per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9 am – 12 pm for 6 weeks.
