Dr. Joseph Schacht is quoted in a Bloomberg News article about the potential for GLP-1 agonists to treat Alcohol Use Disorder.

Dr. Rachel Davis is featured in a Wired article titled A Personalized Brain Implant Curbed a Woman's OCD. “Davis says she was initially skeptical of the idea that OCD could be treated with occasional bursts of stimulation”. "Often people with OCD have a baseline level of dread or anxiety," she says. 

Dr. Davis is also featured in a New York Post article titled Patient’s OCD, epilepsy curbed with electrical brain implant: ‘This is pretty remarkable’.

AWARDS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

On October 29th, the OCD Program successfully hosted the first Exposure Palooza. The stigma-busting event provided education and exposure exercises with the chance to win prizes while stepping outside of one's comfort zone. In addition, Dr. Rachel Davis and other faculty members gave inspirational speeches about their personal journeys with OCD. We had over 80 attendees and are still totaling the amount we raised for our program.
