About Us
The TOUCAN (Trial of Outcomes of Unstuck and Unified Protocol for Children (UP-C) for Children’s Advancements in Neurodevelopment) Study is a research study focused on improving mental health care for children with executive functioning challenges, including autistic youth. We partner with community mental health clinicians to support the real-world use of evidence-based interventions that help children build flexibility and emotion regulation skills. By centering accessibility and practical implementation, the TOUCAN Study aims to close the gap between research and everyday clinical practice.
