The application process for APA Fellowship is rigorous and highly competitive. Applicants must submit a detailed professional statement and secure three letters of recommendation from current APA Fellows. Candidates are first reviewed by a Fellows Committee within their specialty division, in this case Division 54 Pediatric Psychology. Nominations that advance are then evaluated by the APA National Committee. Final approval requires a vote by the APA Board of Directors, underscoring the selectivity of this designation.
