The University of Colorado Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology has 8 divisions covering the spectrum of Women's Healthcare. We have a proud and long history going back nearly 75 years - and faculty who have been committed to the advancement of clinical care, research and advocacy for women's health.
The Division of Academic Specialists in Obstetrics and Gynecology is a diverse and growing division of 24 full-time faculty members dedicated to the mission of providing innovative, evidence-based care to improve the health of women. Our division is one of the largest, strongest, and most diversified academic specialist divisions in the region with specialists in obstetric and gynecologic quality and safety, hospitalist medicine, pediatric and adolescent gynecology, lower genital tract diseases, menopause, sexual medicine, pelvic pain, global health, and fertility preservation.
The University of Colorado Division of Community OB-GYN Medicine brings the excellence of CU to you. The Division is comprised of several community-based practices that boasts a highly experienced cadre of faculty providers in central Denver and in the south metro area.
The University of Colorado Gynecologic Oncology is made up of 14 full-time clinical faculty members dedicated to the treatment of cancerous and non-cancerous gynecological conditions. We have the largest board-certified gynecologic oncology team in Colorado, providing care across the state of Colorado.
The University of Colorado Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine provides clinical, educational and research services as part of the University of Colorado Department of OB-GYN. We are also proud of our key role in the Colorado Institute for Maternal and Fetal Health (CIMFH), a care alliance between University of Colorado School of Medicine, UCHealth (University of Colorado Hospital), and Children’s Hospital Colorado.
The University of Colorado Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) is a comprehensively skilled team of experts, committed to meeting each patient’s unique fertility needs through a full range of patient care and through advancing both education and research in the area of reproductive medicine.
The Division of Reproductive Sciences is a collaborative and creative environment for scientific discovery! Our vision is a future where specific and effective treatments are available for major disorders affecting women’s reproductive health, including ovarian cancer, infertility, pregnancy complications, and pelvic floor disorders.
The Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery is the largest female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery practice in Colorado. Each faculty member is fellowship-trained and double board certified, including certification in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS).
