The day will include presentations, case reviews, and interactive question and answer sessions.
By the end of the review, attendees will be better equipped to: Identify which patients with hematologic malignancy may benefit from specific targeted therapies. Recognize myriad of presentations of patients with hematologic malignancy. Identify higher risk patients with hematologic malignancy and know best available therapies for these patients. Recognize best current approach to patients requiring more aggressive treatments. Prescribe individualized plans for patients with hematologic malignancies based on specific disease characteristics (genetics, molecular markers). Manage complications of hematologic malignancies in an outpatient setting.
