The University
of Colorado welcomes 70 incoming interns per year into our five tracks -
Categorical, Primary Care, Hospitalist, Physician-Scientist, and Preliminary.
At any time, there are 180 interns and residents in our program, living
together, working together, and learning to be excellent physicians and
scholars together.
Residents at the
University of Colorado hail from 36 states, several other countries, and
represent 72 different medical schools. 20% of our class comes from
groups that are underrepresented in medicine and 55% of the class identify as women.
All of these factors add important layers of diversity to our campus.
This group truly represents the best and brightest among the Internal Medicine residents across the country.
