Training Overview

Here at Colorado, our goal is to provide innovative educational opportunities and excellent clinical training to future internists and subspecialists. We foster excellence. Our goal is to make all our graduates confident and highly skilled in the inpatient and outpatient environments and to produce doctors who are patient-centered and humanistic. We pride ourselves on providing trainees with the freedom to individualize their curricular content and according to their educational needs and their desired path forward in medicine. Our training program is also designed to cultivate wellbeing by supplying our trainees with autonomy and agency over their curriculum as well as focusing on work that is meaningful and gives purpose to what we do every day.
