Given the cost of living in Denver, the salaries for University of Colorado residents and fellows are competitive with other major cities across the United States. On an annual basis, the Graduate Medical Education (GME) office adjusts pay rates for all residents and fellows at the University of Colorado to ensure they are paid a competitive salary for the region and housing market we live in.
