Promotion and tenure are an important part of our outstanding faculty members’ careers and require ongoing planning and support. The Department of Medicine is here to support you on your journey to promotion. Review the following resources to ensure you are set up for success.
The deadline for submission of dossiers in Interfolio for appointments and promotions to Associate Professor and Professor, as well as the award of tenure are due to the Department of Medicine by August 31. After receiving Department approval, dossiers will be submitted to the School of Medicine by October 31. All approved promotion, appointment, and tenure requests will have an effective date of July 1.
