The Department of Medicine Faculty Innovator Award recognizes faculty who have consistently demonstrated outstanding achievements in activities and approaches that go above and beyond. These faculty members demonstrate a sustained pattern of high quality leadership in developing programs and mentoring of trainees and junior colleagues, who have contributed constructively to the DOM mission through clinical activities, service, research, education and professional activities which enrich the culture in our department and who have championed the causes of equality and justice.
