Elevation Award
The Elevation Award: A monthly recognition for Department of Medicine Staff who go above and beyond their regularly assigned job duties.
Winners will receive a certificate and gift card, in addition automatically nominated for CU Staff Council’s Employee of the Month and automatically nominated for the new PEAK Award, which is awarded at the Annual Department of Medicine Faculty and Staff Award Ceremony.
Eligibility:
Any fulltime/PT Department of Medicine Staff Member
Criteria:
- Going above and beyond expectations
- Putting ideas into action.
- Taking the lead.
- Peer to Peer recognition.
Nomination Process:
Anyone can nominate a staff member, using an online form via a QR Code, a letter of nomination with no more than 3-4 sentences indicating the manner in which the nominee has gone beyond their assigned role. Nomination submissions will be reviewed by a committee appointed by the Department of Medicine Chair. Nominations are not required or capped on a monthly basis.
