Morning Report is a conference attended by housestaff, students, sub-Is, faculty, and sub-specialists dedicated to a resident level educational topic. Reports are typically focused on a real inpatient case, and highlight medical decision making, diagnostic, and management issues. Each day is different, and may incorporate high-yield as well as esoteric topics in an environment where asking questions and cultivating curiosity is expected. Each daily report is facilitated by the chief resident for the site.
