We do accept self-referrals, but encourage patients to have their referring doctor or primary care physician contact us to expedite appointment scheduling. Patients should bring an updated MRI report and information from their referring provider.
Medical records and diagnostic studies are reviewed by a clinician prior to appointment scheduling to determine which provider is best suited for the patient. Please allow 2-4 business days to hear from us.
