Neurosurgery in the Rockies is a conference designed for neurosurgeons, residents, and allied health professionals who have an interest in the clinical neurosciences. The goal of the conference is to provide an environment for neurosurgeons to exchange ideas, network, and enjoy the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Special topic lectures are given by internationally renowned visiting and local faculty.
