Our fellowship-trained and internationally renowned neurosurgeons offer surgical expertise using advanced technologies, including leading laser-interstitial thermal therapy (LITT), intraoperative MRI, Loop-X intraoperative CT, computer-guided navigation, asleep and awake intraoperative mapping, endoscopic and keyhole surgical approaches, fluorescence-guided surgery, and Omniscient Connectomics software for functional network avoidance. We offer stereotactic radiosurgery in the form of both linear accelerator (LINAC) and Gamma Knife, and the campus is likewise home to the Rocky Mountain Gamma Knife Center. The CU Anschutz Cancer Center is the only National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center in the Rocky Mountain region.
