Christina Hobson MLS

Christina Hobson has been part of the University of Colorado Anschutz since 2016, beginning in Central HR before joining the Department of Family Medicine in 2018 as an HR and Payroll Specialist. She brings a multidisciplinary background to her work, holding degrees in Psychology, Business Administration, and Legal Studies, with an emphasis in Human Resources Law. Christina specializes in payroll, leave management – including FMLA. She is passionate about supporting faculty and staff through the complexities of HR processes with precision, empathy, and a commitment to fostering an accessible and inclusive workplace. Outside of work, Christina values lifelong learning and is dedicated to helping others personally and professionally.
