Exhibit Information

​Exhibits will be in the Hythe Vail Conference Center in Salon A-E. If you have exhibited in past years, it is the same room as the food.

Exhibit Registration and Set-up: Please check-in at the registration desk on Saturday, January 27, 2024 between 3pm and 5pm to obtain your packet and table location within the exhibit hall.

Exhibiting Hours: We advise you to be available (at your table or in the exhibit hall) during the following times:

• Sunday, January 28, 2024: 6:15 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM (Including the reception from 6:30pm - 8:30pm)

• Monday, January 29, 2024: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM 

• Tuesday, January 30, 2024: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM

• Wednesday, January 31, 2024: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM

• Thursday, February 1, 2024: 6:30 AM-9:00 AM, no afternoon session (can break down exhibit after 9am)

If you have questions regarding shipments and or electricity for your exhibit, please contact Vicki Muscatello.

Platinum

• Eight foot table for display. The table will be located in an area that will also supply breakfast and snacks to the attendees. The area will be heavily trafficked throughout the meeting and will offer many networking opportunities.
• Your logo will be placed on various signage throughout the meeting.
• A URL of your choice will appear on our website. (Please provide Vicki Muscatello with the URL.)
• Platinum sponsor level includes registration fee for three representatives.

Gold ​

• Six foot table for display.
• Your company logo will be on various signage throughout the meeting, and will also appear on our website.
• Gold sponsor level includes registration fee for two representatives.

Silver

• Six foot table for display.
• Your name will be listed on the vendor page of our website.
• Silver sponsor level includes registration for one representative

Please note: additional representatives are $500 each.
