Exhibit Information

​Exhibits will be in the Hythe Vail Conference Center in Salon A-E. If you have exhibited in past years, it is the same room as the food.

Exhibit Registration and Set-up: Please check-in at the registration desk on Saturday, January 30, 2027 between 3pm and 5pm to obtain your packet and table location within the exhibit hall.

Exhibiting Hours: We advise you to be available (at your table or in the exhibit hall) during the following times:

• Sunday, Janurary 31, 2027: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM (Including the reception from 6:30pm - 8:30pm)

• Monday, February 1, 2027: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM 

• Tuesday, February 2, 2027: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM

• Wednesday, February 3, 2027: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, no afternoon session (can break down exhibit after 9am)

Sponsorship Opportunities:
□ Bronze Exhibitor – $3,500

• 1 representative included; 6 ft table

□ Silver Exhibitor – $4,000

• 1 representative included; 6 ft table; Attendee contact information list

□ Gold Exhibitor – $5,000

• 2 representatives included; 6 ft table; Attendee contact information list; Preferred (second tier)exhibitor location in exhibit space

□ Platinum Exhibitor – $6,000

• 3 representatives included; 6 ft table; Attendee contact information list; Prime exhibitor location in exhibit space

□ Add on: Sponsor Presentation – $1,500 (12 available; first come, first served)

• Receive a 20‑minute presentation slot immediately following one of the morning sessions (three sponsor presentations scheduled per day). We recommend a 15‑minute presentation followed by a5‑minute Q&A. The Sponsor Presentation will take place in the exhibitor hall/breakfast area on a stage equipped with a projector screen and microphone. This is an add‑on and must be paired with one of the exhibitor sponsorship options above.

□ Add on: Wi-Fi Sponsor – $1,000 (1 available; first come, first served)

• Create the conference’s Wi-Fi password; additional signage around the conference center recognizing you as the Wi-Fi sponsor This is an add‑on and must be paired with one of the exhibitor sponsorship options above.

□ Add on: Audiologist Lodging Sponsorship – $2,000 (4 available; first come, first served)

• Support local audiologists’ attendance by covering their lodging for the conference. Your organization will receive recognition, including signage placed next to your exhibit booth acknowledging your sponsorship. This is an add‑on and must be paired with one of the exhibitor sponsorship options above.
