Exhibits will be in the Vail Marriott Conference Center in Salon A-E. If you have exhibited in past years, it is the same room as the food.
Exhibit Registration and Set-up: Please check-in at the registration desk on Saturday, February 1, 2020 between 3pm and 5pm to obtain your packet and table location within the exhibit hall.
Exhibiting Hours: We advise you to be available (at your table or in the exhibit hall) during the following times:
Sunday, February 2, 2020: 6:15 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM
Monday, February 3, 2020: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-8:30 PM (including the reception)
Tuesday, February 4, 2020: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM
Wednesday, February 5, 2020: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM
Thursday, February 6, 2020: 6:30 AM-9:00 AM, no afternoon session (can break down exhibit after 9am)
