​The 2023 Ultimate Colorado Midwinter Meeting will take place Sunday, January 29 – Thursday, February 2, 2023. The event will be hosted at the Hythe Vail in Vail, Colorado. We look forward to your support in 2023!

If your company would like to exhibit at the 2023 meeting, please complete the 2023 exhibit registration form ​and submit it to Carey Burgess. We offer varying exhibit levels with different profiling for your company.

NOTE: Vendor registration and set up is on Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 3:00-5:00 PM.
