- Identify techniques to improve their surgical skills in frontal sinus surgery
- Identify benign vocal fold lesions and how to ideally treat them
- Identify patients who qualify for cochlear implantation based on updated guidelines
- Identify patients with migraine issues and develop strategies to treat them appropriately
- Identify surgical techniques to address the caudal septum issues
