A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference at a discounted rate. Some of the nights in the room block have been filled, while others are still available. Here is the best way to book and receive some of the room block rates:
- Call (970) 476-4444 - The Hythe Vail reservations team
- Mention you are booking under the 2025 Ultimate Colorado Mid-Winter Meeting and you know some nights/room types in the room block are full
- Tell them the nights you are booking for, and request to schedule under the room block as much as possible
- The team at The Hythe Vail will have you book some night(s) under their typical retail system at the typical retail rate, and some book night(s) that are available in the room block under the room block system. You may need to "checkout" two times with them over the phone.
Rooms are available to book on a first come, first serve basis until December 20, 2024 or while space lasts. If the night is full in the room block, the reservations team at The Hythe Vail will share with you the typical retail rate, if there is still availability.

- 10% off Spa services for attendees over the program dates.
- 20% off True North rentals for the group over the program dates.
