Antlers at Vail is only a few steps away from the conference venue at the Vail Marriott.

 

RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made directly with the reservation website​ or by calling 1-800-843-8245 and reference Leader #196300 to receive the group rate. You are encouraged to plan to book early as the rooms fill very quickly. Availability is limited and the rooms will revert to published rates when Antlers reaches 80% occupancy. Please pay close attention to cancellation and early departure policies as outlined by the hotel. One night deposit is due when the reservation is made.

 

ROOM RATES

Rates are guaranteed on a first-come, first-served basis for reservations. Four night minimum is required.

Pending availability, the group rate is available for up to 2 days prior and after the conference dates of January 30th – February 3rd, 2022.

  • Studio Rooms                          Occupancy 1-2            $399/night
  • One bedroom                          Occupancy 1-2             $449/night
  • One bedroom with bunks         Occupancy 1-2             $479/night
  • Two bed/two bath - 900 sq ft.   Occupancy 1-4             $779/night
  • Two bed/two bath - 1100 sq ft. Occupancy 1-4             $779/night
  • Three bed/two bath                  Occupancy 1-6            $899/night

Rates are based upon stated occupancy. For additional adults (16+), an additional $15 per person per night will apply.
