The Lion Square Lodge is a step away from the conference venue at the Vail Marriott.

Nestled in the Rocky Mountains at the base of Vail Mountain and the Gore Creek, the picturesque Lion Square Lodge offers accommodations that range from cozy, inviting, private hotel rooms to spacious, deluxe condominiums, all conveniently located within a ski-in/ski-out lodge in Vail.

• When you’re ready to make a reservation, call 1-888-346-1799 (hours of operation: 8 am – 5 pm CST Daily)

• Identify yourself as a guest of the University of Colorado Department of Otolaryngology / Group ID COVAFRP2113 for 10% off a 4+ night stay

• Once booked, send an email to group.reservations@vacasa.com with the Subject Line: University of Colorado department of Otolaryngology/Lion Square Lodge/January 29 - February 2 2023 Confirmation.
• Once the email is received, the group discount will be applied and an email confirmation will be issued.
• For bookings made on vacasa.com, within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be processed and the difference will be reimbursed at the time of the rate adjustment.

Room Rates

Rates are guaranteed on a first-come, first-served basis. Check back for more information on discounted rates for the 2023 meeting.

Additional Details:

• All discounts are on the nightly rates only, taxes and fees still apply.
• In addition to the nightly rate, there will be a limited damage waiver fee of $5-$13 charged nightly per unit, a 12% booking fee, and tax of 9.8% (subject to change).
• Rates might be based on a 4+ minimum night stay.
• Parking – one (1) vehicle per unit is complementary.
  

The Lion Square Lodge cannot guarantee specific unit requests; however, LSL will make every reasonable effort to honor all requests. Please note that check in time is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. Room, tax and incidentals will be the responsibility of the individuals.

DEPOSIT POLICY:

• 50% at time of booking
• 50% due 30 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellations outside of 30 days forfeit the booking fee.
• Within 30 days 100% non-refundable. 
  

(Optional) Trip Protection - upon booking, you’ll have the option to add Trip Protection for an additional 6.95% of the total after the discount.  Please ask your representative to let you know what that amount will be.  Trip Protection is a cancellation fee waiver that applies if you cancel your reservation for a covered reason.  If you purchase Trip Protection, you will receive a full refund for any nights of your reservation cancelled due to the documented death or serious illness of any guest or immediate family member, flight delays or cancellations, or access closures due to natural disasters or inclement weather.  Trip Protection is not insurance and does not replace travel insurance.
