How to Donate

1. If you are participating in a clinical study the study coordinators or the physicians involved will be able to guide you to the right procedures. You may also email aging@du.edu to receive more information or click on the link to researchers at a location near you (see below).
2. Fill out the Brain Donation Registry Form and the Medical Release Form at the end of the first form.
