The
Department of Radiology in the University of Colorado School of Medicine on the
Anschutz Medical Campus provides dynamic clinical, educational and research
initiatives ensuring that the Department uses cutting-edge diagnostic imaging
techniques and advanced interventional/neuro-interventional radiological
therapies to diagnosis and treat our patients
Our primary clinical partners are UCHealth and Children’s Hospital of Colorado.
We work closely with our other affiliated hospitals: Denver Health Medical
Center, Denver Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and National Jewish Medical
Center. We serve patients from the greater Denver-Metro community as well
as the entire Rocky Mountain region. The collaboration between the School
of Medicine and our affiliated hospitals has created an exceptionally enriched
environment for the training a diverse group of trainees
in Radiology.
The Department of Radiology is committed to a collaborative and
interdisciplinary approach to research. The University of Colorado
Research Imaging Center (CU-RIC) recently developed on the Fitzsimmons
Innovation Community Campus adjacent to the Anschutz Medical Campus is a
perfect example of this team approach.
Sincerely,
