The
Department of Radiology at the University of Colorado’s Anschutz
Medical Campus provides dynamic clinical, educational and research
initiatives ensuring that the Department continues to offer cutting-edge
diagnostic imaging techniques and advanced
interventional/neuro-interventional radiological therapies.
Our
primary clinical partner is University of Colorado Hospital and we work
closely with our other affiliated hospitals: Denver Health Medical
Center, Denver Veterans Affairs Medical Center, National Jewish Medical
Center and The Children’s Hospital. We serve patients from the greater
Denver-Metro community as well as the entire Rocky Mountain region. The
collaboration between the School of Medicine and our affiliated
hospitals has created an exceptionally enriched environment for the
training of Medical Students, Residents and Fellows in Radiology.
The
Department of Radiology is committed to a collaborative and
interdisciplinary approach to research. The Colorado Translational
Research Imaging Center (C-TRIC) recently developed on the Anschutz
Medical Center Campus is a direct reflection of this team approach.
Sincerely,
