Faculty Promotions Committee

Faculty being considered for promotion or appointment to the ranks of Associate Professor and Professor, and consideration for tenure, are subject to an additional level of review within the School of Medicine by the Faculty Promotions Committee (FPC). The FPC is comprised of at least fifteen nominated members that must hold the rank of Associate Professor or Professor in the regular or clinical practice series. At least seven members of the committee must be tenured. Further information regarding the FPC can be found in the School of Medicine Rules.
