Conflict of Interest
All faculty members must complete an annual conflict of interest disclosure form with the University of Colorado Denver.
Assignment of Income
All University-paid full-time faculty are obligated to assign all service income to CU Medicine (except while on official leave of absence or while employed by one of the SOM'S core affiliate hospitals).
Industry-Paid Talk Policy
The Industry-Paid Talk Policy provides information for faculty to identify potential industry-paid speaking engagement conflicts, and the process to request approval to speak at an industry-paid event.Sunshine Act Information
The Sunshine Act requires that the manufacturers of drugs, medical devices, and biologics track and report any payments or other transfers of value made to physicians or teaching hospitals.
