We provide services and resources for faculty, departments, and programs to advance the teaching, research, patient care, and service missions of the School of Medicine. 

The Office for Faculty Affairs (OFA) works collaboratively with the CU Anschutz School of Medicine, Campus, and University leaders to promote faculty and organizational success. The OFA supports departments and faculty members through the full faculty life-cycle, from recruitment through employment, annual reviews, promotions, and sabbaticals into retirement.
