The Office for Faculty Affairs works collaboratively with campus and university leaders at the CU Anschutz School of Medicine to promote faculty and organizational success. The OFA supports departments and faculty members through the full faculty life-cycle, from recruitment through employment, annual reviews, promotions, and sabbaticals into retirement.
