1. Development of novel adrenal carcinogenesis research tools
Summary: The aim of this project is to develop adrenocortical carcinoma patient derived novel cell lines, as well as development of patient derived xenografts in mice to ultimately use in testing new therapeutics.

2. Approaches to targeted therapy in adrenal carcinogenesis
Summary: The major goal of this project has been focused on exploring novel pathways underlying ACC tumorigenesis to identify new therapeutic targets for the patients.

Summary: The goal of this project to use genetic and molecular genetic approaches to understand why neuroendocrine tumors, such as pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma, form.

2. Identify markers for predicting prognosis and for targeted therapies
Summary: The goal of this project is to advance personalized medicine for patients with neuroendocrine tumors including pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma.
